INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Leyte III Electric Cooperative, Inc. (LEYECO III) through its Bids and awards Committee (BAC) invites all interested suppliers to bid for the following items:

Pre-qualification and Bidding Conference will be on September 17, 2018, Monday, 10:00 am at LEYECO III Member-Consumers and Employees Hall, Real Street, Barangay San Roque, Tunga, Leyte.

Bidding documents and detailed technical specifications shall be issued to prospective bidders upon payment of the Bid Docs Fee to our BAC Secretary on or before the day of Pre-Bid Conference. Only those who have purchased the Bid Documents shall be allowed to participate in the Pre-Bid and Bidding Proper and raise or submit queries or clarifications.

The opening of bids shall be decided by the convening bidders. Thereafter, sealed offers must be accompanied by a Cash Bond or Manager’s Check equivalent to 2% of the ABC.

All particulars relative to the eligibility requirements, examination and evaluation of bids and post qualification shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Interested bidders shall submit their LETTER OF INTENT and comply with the Accreditation Requirements.

LEYECO III reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare failure of bidding and not award any contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder(s).
