INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

Interested bidders must be accredited and/or those bidders not yet accredited and want to participate can be accredited by submitting complete accreditation by requirements and upon full payment of non-refundable accreditation fee of One Thousand Pesos (P 1,000.00).

In response to the Modified General Community Quarantine Implemented in Leyte, BAC shall conduct the Pre-Bid Conference and Opening of Bids through Remote/Virtual Meeting instead of physical meeting.

As such, the following will be observed:

1. The Pre-bidding and Opening of Bids will be conducted through Zoom Cloud Remote/Virtual Meeting.

2. Only those who have paid the non-refundable bid documents fee will be given the ID Number or the Link to the online meeting for the pre-bidding and opening of bids.

3. Bid documents will be sent via email after payment of non-refundable bid documents fee.

The hard copy of the bidding documents will be submitted through courier duly acknowledged by BAC Secretariat (Mr. Ramil C. Quebec), LEYECO III, Brgy. San Roque Tunga, Leyte.

The bidding documents should be received on or before the bidding day.Upon receipt of the envelope, the BAC Secretariat must stamp the face of the outer envelope as “received” indicating therein the date time of receipt and have the stamp counter signed by the authorized representative of the observer
